Start

ApplyHQ offers one free service(Free) and three pay services(Starter, Plus, Max). You won‘t be charged if you signup for the free service. If you sign up for a paying service you will be charged for first month when you signup.

Upgrade

You can upgrade your account anytime. If you upgrade from a free to a paying service you’ll be charged for first month when you upgrade.

If you upgrade from a paying service to a new paying service you will be charged for first month for the new paying service when you upgrade. There is no refund for the unused time of your old paying service.

Downgrade

You can downgrade your account anytime. If you downgrade from a paying service to a free service you won‘t be charged again. The restrictions of a free service starts when you downgrade. There is no refund of your old paying service.

Cancel

You can cancel your account anytime. If you cancel your account you won‘t be charged again. There is no refund of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 11th of every month, and you cancel on 13th, you won‘t get refund for the time unil next months 11th.
